Jennifer Pavlik’s background and experience include work as a Rehabilitation Counselor and Life Care Planner. She received her Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas and completed her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the Texas Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification, and a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) through the International Commission on Health Care Certification.

Ms. Pavlik has been with Lopez-Kramberg, Inc. since 2011. Her background includes vocational assessments, evaluation of clients, administration of vocational testing, transferable skills analysis, job placement, labor market research, consulting and coordinating with medical professionals, medical cost research, life care planning, vocational and life care planning forensic expert witness testimony, and Social Security Vocational Expert testimony. Through her practice in the field of rehabilitation counseling, her experience she has been working with individuals with diverse disabilities including orthopedic injuries, burn injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, and cognitive and psychological disabilities.

Ross Pavlik is a Master of Social Work (MSW), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist (CVE), who has been with Lopez-Kramberg Inc. since 2006. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Master’s of Social Work from The University of Houston.

Mr. Pavlik's experience includes vocational assessments, labor market research, medical record review, and job analysis. His education and experience have provided him with the skills and knowledge to assist individuals throughout the vocational rehabilitation process. Mr. Pavlik also has the skills and training to provide forensic expert testimony in the areas of wage earning capacity and labor market analysis.


Blaire Pavlik

Blaire Pavlik is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) with 10 years of experience in the field of life care planning and forensic rehabilitation. She received her Bachelor of Art's in History from the University of St. Thomas and her Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

Ms. Pavlik's background includes providing life care planning and rehabilitation consulting services, life care plan reviews, comprehensive assessments, data analysis/research, cost projections regarding current and future care needs for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injuries and/or have chronic healthcare needs, vocational interview, and vocational test administration. Ms. Pavlik's experience as a rehabilitation consultant involves working with individuals with catastrophic injuries including spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, birth injuries, amputations, burn injuries, and multi-trauma orthopedic cases.


Viola G. Lopez

Mrs. Lopez’ background and experience includes over 40 years in the field of rehabilitation. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor in Texas (LPC-S) and has held various other national certifications in the field of rehabilitation, counseling and guidance, including Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), and Certified Case Manager (CCM).

Mrs. Lopez’ practice includes work with individuals with multiple disabilities including orthopedic, spinal cord injuries, head injuries, amputations, burns, cerebral palsy, brachial plexus injuries, PTSD, depression and a variety of other disabilities, catastrophic and non-catastrophic. She has also provided case management services to Texas municipalities for the past 18 years.

Mrs. Lopez worked for the Texas Rehabilitation Commission for 6 years as a rehabilitation counselor and training officer. In 1980 she and Mr. Kramberg started LKI and their private practice in rehabilitation counseling. She has worked at López-Kramberg, Inc. since that time providing a variety of services including vocational assessment, job analysis, labor market surveys, life care planning and expert witness consultation/testimony.


William J. Kramberg

Mr. Kramberg’s undergraduate degree was in Education, graduating in 1965 from Northeast Louisiana State College. After teaching several years in The Orleans Parish School System and serving in The US Navy he entered graduate school at Tulane University in 1968, completing his master’s degree in Social Work in 1970. His first job upon completion of graduate school was as a vocational rehabilitation counselor with the Texas Rehabilitation Commission where he worked for 10 years prior to jointly establishing the firm of López-Kramberg, Inc. with Mrs. López.

Mr. Kramberg worked in a variety of settings/programs in the private sector. He began doing forensic consulting, that is vocational assessment and earning capacity analysis, in approximately 1985 initially in the Longshore Harbor Workers Program, administered by the US Department of Labor. He was qualified as an expert in state and federal courts and held national board certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and was licensed in Texas. He also served several terms as the founding member & president of TARPPS, the state association of rehabilitation professionals in the private sector.
